We designed a luxury resort for a South Tyrolian project developer on one of the most exquisite sites on Gardasee Lake. Sixty luxury units were planned on a plateau overlooking the lake, which are to be connected to the lake via a panorama lift. The units, which range from 60m˛ to 300m˛, are all provided with a magnificent lake view.

Other buildings are located directly on the lake, including the reception, spa, breakfast room, lounges, cigar bar, sport’s club and back of the house. A private marina works to raise the exclusivity of the resort complex. A gourmet restaurant will be instated in a historic residence.

The units will be individually sold and will be provided to an international company.
