“In the thick of it”

Situated on floors 3-6 in the Haas Haus across from St. Stephan’s Cathedral in Vienna a boutique hotel with 44 rooms and 2 suites was created. The architectural challenge was to create a product qualified for clients with the highest expectations out of a building which has an unusual structure for a hotel. The rooms are endowed with a Mediterranean flair, unique in Vienna. The deliberate use of luxurious architectural components facilitated the establishment of a five-star design hotel.

The technical details of this project took on a special significance. A home cinema, Dolby surround sound, a massage shower, a minibar, and an espresso machine contribute substantially to the singular experience of the guest.
