In the main square of Skopje opened, according with international standards, the first international five-stars luxury hotel in Macedonia.

During the concept and project planning phases, we gave value not only to satisfying the modern, technological, and ecological needs of our era, but also to the history of Skopje, a city rich in tradition. In collaboration with a team of national experts as well as the city council, the square, still marred by the earthquake of 1963, was intended to be revived and transformed into a symbol contributing the identification of the citizens with their city. The historicist architecture of the Marriott is part of a master plan for the revival of the main square in Skopje.

The Marriott was choosen as hotel operator. The modern interior of the building was setting new standards for the group worldwide.

The hotel was opened in September 2016.
