Conceived and designed by us, a special lifestyle hotel was created in the heart of Vienna, in the "lively" Mariahilferstrasse. 186 rooms, half of them with individual room layouts. The existing curve of the office building was incorporated into the overall concept and the interior was designed with a focus on details. The terrace on the 5th floor is an inner-city highlight. The rooms on the 7th and 8th floors are something special not just because of their deliberately staged view. The intelligent solutions of our planners have set new standards in the positioning of a former commercial and office property. Just take a look and let yourself be enchanted.
